All transactions will be in sterling. We are able to accept orders from most European countries and also North America / Canada with payment by credit / debit card.

Alternatively and customers from other overseas countries, are able to order goods by e-mail at info@chateauroux.co.uk. We will confirm receipt of your order by e-mail. Customers will pay for goods by remitting monies direct into our Bank Account. On receipt of payment, goods will be sent to you immediately. Should payment not be received in our account within 14 days of your order, we cannot guarantee your order will be processed.

Please note - Customers outside of the EU:

Any customs or import duties leveied once your parcel reaches your country will be the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges, so unfortunately cannot predict what they will be.

It is important that your payment has details of your customer reference and your order number. Any customs or import duty payable in the country of delivery is payable by the customer as are any Bank charges for transferring monies into our account.
