Returns / Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will change or replace any item on the following basis only:

Items must be returned by Royal Mail service only (no other couriers) to Chateau Roux Ltd., 4 Lowndes Court, Soho, London, W1F 7HE with the original invoice and reason for the return.

The goods must remain in new condition having not been worn, washed, ironed or any of the tags removed.

Only goods received within 7 days of original posting to the customer will be exchanged. Failure to comply with these timeframes will invalidate any rights to a refund / exchange.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

The cost of return postage is payable by the customer and items will not be refunded / ex-changed unless goods are received by us, with only the cost of the product being refunded and excludes cost of postage. Liability will not be accepted for lost or damaged returned goods. It is recommended you insure posted goods for your own protection. Refunds will only be made to the original payment card or by cheque if ordered by post.
